Abstracts: A stove is nothing but an enclosed space created in which fuel is burned to provide heating, either to heat the space in which the stove is situated, or to heat the stove itself and items placed on it. Generalization of the term stove means arrangement to support the heating something. In earlier age the cooking was done by roasting the meat and tubers in open fire. The concept of stove is introduced with the globalization of civilization of mankind in some sophisticated manners, stove is basically introduce its self as a three stone support to heating some vessel in place of directly heating it by placing it on to the fire. The main function of stove is to provide some supportive mechanical arrangement, so-that the heating of something is properly done. But, the stove is not only limited up-to the heating purpose but it also involving the improvement and some productive aspects of that. All efforts done and ongoing in the field of R&D on design and improvise the stove is due to consumer requirement and energy efficiency aspects of the country. Pioneer purpose to do the project on improvised stove arrangement is, by applying waste heat recovery to the stove and performs three tasks simultaneously from that system as whole. The basic purpose of the system is to recover the waste heat and use that heat for doing some useful heating and steaming task. We generate working model of the system and based on that we come across to the conclusion that how the waste heat is been actually recovered from the stove and what is the usefulness of this concept for particular area of application In our design model of stove, it can perform three tasks combining by use of waste heat recovery through inside surfaces of stove. In this design also by selecting best insulators and optimum thickness we can also reduce the heat loses through outside surfaces of stove which are directly exposed to atmospheric air. In conventional stove only one task can be performed during combustion of 1kg fuel, while three tasks can be performed parallel with burning of 1kg fuel in our model by using waste heat recovery process. And they are as mention below, 1. Cooking 2. Generate the steam and it is used for boiling of food in pressure cooker 3. Boiling water
