Abstracts: Designing of PID controller for temperature controlling of CSTR using microcontroller ATmega328.CSTR is an important part in process control and offering a diverse range of researches in the area of the chemical and control engineering. The temperature controlling of the CSTR is very important in process control. So we are designing a PID controller for that. A type of reactor used very commonly in industrial processing is continuous – stirred tank reactor (CSTR). The CSTR is normally run at steady state and is usually operated so as to be well mixed. As a result of perfect mixing concentration and temperature and consequently the reaction rate was assumed to be uniform throughout the vessel in a CSTR. On the other hand in a real mixed flow reactor there may be stagnant or imperfectly mixed regions within the reactor. Temperature controlling of CSTR is also possible through PLC, but a small scale of industries or chemical process in Cost is very important factor. Using micro controller PID controller is develop , which can easy to control the temperature of CSTR beach process.
