Abstracts: In industry manual molding machine is time consuming So using PLC in the system develop the solution for molding machine We can monitoring and controlling whole machine using scada system so it easy to operating and also give fully automatic system In industry molding machine in practical concept they having problem of injection molding machine manual and due to that required quality & quantity not getting so they need some reliable system. After survey many industries manual molding machine is time consuming so we convert manual molding machine into automation. In this project using the plc base injection molding machine we are developing such a system in which we can develop solution for injection molding and we can monitoring and controlling whole machine using scada system so it easy to operating and also given fully automatic system. In this project plastic raw material is melted in barrel (heater) after that melted material is goes to mold (die) and as per requirement and as per mold we can generate different types of plastic material product.
