Abstracts: For higher accuracy and industrial need of packing system with most advance technology and trusting of packing need data recording and display of weight and need to controlling and distribution of packed material as per the application need using SCADA system. PLC base load cell controlling of weight and calibration of load for except work output and most trusted packing and distribution system. Automation not only reduces the manpower but also performs the work with high accuracy and efficiency, with increase the production. We can also perform the controlled operation of various appliances with the help of automation. The main device that is widely used for basic automation is programmable logic controller aka PLC. This PLC has to be programmed as per our need and is synchronized with the equipment we need to control. We can control as many devices with the help of single PLC.
