Abstracts: Now a days, Hydraulic jack are having a numerous application in small doors to heavy vehicles. It mainly consists of three parts piston, inner cylinder & outer cylinder. Assembling of these parts is laborious. It requires very hard labour, more worker and time consuming. So a semi automatic & automatic machine to tighten the head of the inner cylinder and outer cylinder is to be prepared. It reduces assembly time, minimizes number of worker and increase the productivity.
