Abstracts: ? In modern era Automation is very popular in manufacturing industries. Even though the cost of Automatic system is quite expansive but as today’s rapid development and a very high demand in quality with ISO standards, human are no longer capable of such demands. ? Robot and Automation is employed in order to replace human to perform those tasks that are routine, dangerous, dull and in a hazardous area. In a world of advanced technology today, automation greatly increases production capability; improve product quality and lower production cost. ? Due to heavy work and chemical based color system we need some painting solution for industry. In industry we have to use some robotic arm that can paint as per need so we can manage with quality and work. ? For this problem in industry we need to develop PLC based automatic painting robot that can paint regularly so we get quality of output and also maintain some human labor.
