Abstracts: The main Objective of this application is to provide instant messaging environment to the business organization’s users (employees) that are connected with the other users (employees) of the same organization for instant messaging across the LAN network by using this application. This project is being developed for providing various functionalities to the user connected to each other in the instant messaging environment. Login and Logout facility of an existing account for providing security, file sharing and data transfer, notes and Company news. This application provides a way to get rid out remembering the IP (Internet Protocol) Address for creating the connection with the other users. The way to get rid out of is by just typing the provided username for creating the connection. This application also provides the list of online and offline users connected to the instant messaging environment. On the Admin side, it also provides the features like Notes, Company news by which the administrator can easily share the notes and the news to the employees of the organization.
