During the training I gained valuable experience in all the steps involved in the planning & construction of a bituminous road:- a) Cross-Section Estimation b) Rate Analysis c) Construction work on site. I was also exposed to other construction projects like that of a Over Head Water Tank Construction, which were going on simultaneously.
