Abstracts: The "E-Ticket Booking System (On Bus Travel Agency)" is a web-based application that allows visitors check bus ticket availability, buy bus ticket and pay the bus ticket online. This system is established for all the home/office users after gaining access from the administrator. The details of buses and seats available are to be maintained and can be updated regularly (Only by the Admin), the details of the buses, Price list, and Employee details are to be maintained and controlled solely by the Admin. To provide anytime any place service for the customer. Customer can buy bus ticket 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the Internet. Customer can buy bus ticket through the online system and no need to queue up to buy bus ticket in the Counter. The design and all the facilities are stand alone or in an integrated environment. Re-usability is taken care of. The GUI is flexible to handle the changes in the type and number of processes. New facilities can be plugged-in any time, either to replace the old ones, or for adding new facilities to the system.
