Abstracts: Asclepius, This is a web application used to save medical reports of a patient and share those reports to desired doctors.This application is useful to save lots of paper work and help the doctors to figure out accurate diagnosis for their patients. In current era we have many resources but fail to utilize them effectively. It’s very hard for a person to manage his medical history on papers for a long time. This project will help to manage medical report of a person on web. Its futuristic scope can be extended to study various medical case studies. With upcoming time of smart phones, tablet and smart PCs and every one aware of technology around there we needed an alternative solution for maintaining missing repots and time line of medical reports. This software will full fill the gap between personal medication and generalized medication.
