Abstracts: The Gujarat Doctor portal is an Intranet based web application that can be accessed throughout internet. The main objective of this project is to maintain the all the Doctors detail & Disease which can be provide by the registered Doctors and give this detail to the user & patient who want take an appointment on online through this web portal. There are many features like email notifications, cancellation an appointment, automatic approval of an appointment through sms, payment generators etc in this system.
