Abstracts: CRM is a Web based Application Where a Customer Who has already Purchase the Product either from the Company’s Website Online or from the Shops that are available in the Market, that Customer can Post his Complain Regarding to the Product that he has purchased. If an intermediary service is present the process is called electronic commerce.
