Abstracts: Our project refers to the process of mining, organization and analysis over data harvested from above mentioned sources. Also various outcomes of this process like Opinion mining, Influence modelling and Time series analysis are discussed here. The process comprises of various phases like Data Collection, Data organization, Data processing, Data analysis and Data representation. The data available from the social web can prove to be the most valuable asset for organizations in near future. As it is usually said along with “benefits” comes the “challenges”. Few of the challenges that are faced in the domain of Data mining and Analysis are genuineness of data, organizing the unstructured data in structured manner, extracting useful information from raw data, decrease the time latency in retrieving, calculating and displaying the search results, etc.
