Abstracts: Platform : Windows 8 phone app There will be total 3 modules. Searching module Employer : Employer can search candidates who have applied for the posted job.Also employer will select required candidate and send an email. Job Seeker : Job seeker can search the job through various criteria and can apply for the same. Job posting module This module is for the employers.Employer can post the job with requirements specification.Also the posted jobs can be activated or deactivated as per need.Also one can edit the job posted. Resume Builder If candidates want to build their resume in the application itself , then candidate will have to fill some basic information and on choosing any available template the resume will be built.
