Abstracts: “E-software tendering” as a system that supports the interaction among a number of people to achieve a single goal or set of goals. Collaborative applications may be synchronous (real-time interactive) or asynchronous (off-line). They may be designed for cooperative or competitive groups of users; they may be designed around replicated or distributed architectures.
