Abstracts: We carried out a User Defined Project (UDP) which is a mandatory part of our curriculum of 8th semester of Bechlor of Engineering. The project is ‘’DESIGN AND MODIFICATION OF EXISTING INLINE INDUCTOR” The scenario is such that it leads us to focus at design of inline inductor so that we can produce 10% to 15% foam than the other inline inductor. Such equipments are required for control area of fire and every field of engineering now a day as the modification is becoming more and more vital. We have focused on designing and doing modification of such an inline inductor that should produce more foam against fire. Such corrections that makes the operation efficient and cost effective. We focused on the most appropriate analysis which makes the process of fire controlling more effective. We have also researched and observed the different applications. We studied working of inline inductor in various conditions. After completion of the results, we concluded that this type of design can makes the fire controlling process more efficient , and time reductive.
AAAG Portable Inline Inductors provide the means for the precise induction of the foam compound in the flow of water for the operation of the branches and foam equipment. Using a simple venturi, the device ensures accurate induction to the design pressure. Our online inductor capabilities are combined with AAAG foam equipment, although other on-demand capacities can be fabricated. An ergonomic design allows easy manipulation and mobilisation, and a simple and robust construction guarantees a long and trouble-free operation. Available in aluminum, G.M. and SS, AAAG Inline Inductors are hydraulically efficient and will experience a maximum pressure drop of 33% to 35% through the Inductor. These inductors are available with a nominal foam solution capacity of 225 (ILP225) and 450 lpm (ILP450) and other capacities compatible with the AAAG LX, MX & HX foam equipment. Designed for 3% or 6% induction (variable versions also available).
