Abstracts: Generally, the wall constructed by using brick. But in brick wall construction many problems are occurs such as cracking, surface finishing, painting and maintenance. If the quality of brick and mortar use in construction of wall is not good then there are chances of expansion and cracking in wall. If the impurities and salts are present in mortar that is also causes failure of brick wall. In brick wall construction labour requirement is more which increase the overall construction cost. In brick wall concrete consume more amount of water during curing so in arid and semi-arid region it become costly. Brick wall is not eco-friendly because it is not bio-degrade. And its components could not reuse. Bricks absorb moisture from the atmosphere and dampness can enter the building. Therefore the use of smart board is suitable because it eliminate all the problem which are occurs in brick wall.
