Abstracts: Arc welding process is one of the prime joining processes used in Industry as well as household fabrication. This project work covers all aspects of arc welding process. It thoroughly explains all parameters influencing arc welding. Testing weld joints is a vital step for sound welding. Parametric analysis is carried out for Arc welding process. Thus, this report puts critical efforts in the arc welding process.
