Abstracts: Water pollution has always a major problem in the environment of world. Which Contaminated polluted water is damaging to health of human. Water hyacinth, Ceratophyllum and Azolla are one of the aquatic plant species, which are successfully used for wastewater treatment. In the Present study, treatment of sewage water by the using of combination of Ceratophyllum, water hyacinth and azolla. Combinations of this we have been analyzed and controlled on the bases of various qualitative parameters like PH, biological oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), etc. The study conducted in this Project how efficiently waste water could be treated using the plant ‘Water hyacinth’ And ‘Ceratophyllum’. The result obtained from our present work describes that sewage water treated best by combination of Ceratophyllum + water hyacinth. Ceratophyllum lies at bottom and water hyacinth Submerged on the surface of water except it also reduces metal comparatively. Our aim is to reduce COD of sample by water hyacinth.
