Abstracts: Water is the precious source of nature. We are using the water in various activities like industrial, domestic purpose these entire uses of water lead to convert into wastewater which is undesired component for our development. There are numbers of method to treat the industrial and domestic waste water available. Out of these UASB waste treatment method is widely used. Focusing on working of UASB, it will find out that it required working on treatment of water using these processes. To mitigate these problems for UASB physiochemical analysis is important parameter for improving the quality of treatment water. Key Words: UASB, Physiochemical analysis, water and waste water
