Abstracts: The concept of clean production firstly: “ It is a preventive integrated strategy applied toprocesses, products and services in order to increase the efficiency and reduce he risks for the human beings and the environment. it also deals with he decrease of the environmental impact of the products,promoting friendly designs according to the necessities of future markets.” In the present study, we will identify the areas of waste minimization by adopting cleaner prodution methodology for sugar industry located at gandevi,bilimora. The wastes from sugar industry are molasses,waste water,solid waste & by products & emission to air. We will also asses cleaner production opportunities & then we will propose feasible solution for waste minimization and thereby reduction in production cost.
