Abstracts: This work is carried out for increase the life of cutting tool by changing the type of coating of the cutting tool in hobbing machines for gear manufacturing. The procedure involves the analysis of cutting tool with coating of TiN material and then analysis with the different type of coated cutting tool. In this experiment, results of data resolve that life of cutting tool increase with improved coated cutting tool and productivity of hobbing machine will be also increase
