Abstracts: Computer software succeeds when it meets the needs of the people who use it, when it performs flawlessly over a long period of time. When it is easy to modify and even easier to use it can and changes things for the better. But when software failswhen its users are dissatisfied, when it is error prone, when it is difficult to change and even harder to use-bad things can and do happen. We want to build software that makes things better, avoiding the bad things. We need an engineering approach. This project satisfies almost all the characteristics that are specified above. The main problem is that every one of us if facing today is the problem to spare the time. Everyone needs today fast interaction with computer to store the information and manipulates as and when required. Each and every person of this fast world doesn’t want hard work. They just want less labor and speedy results. This project, PAYROLL AND ERP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM manages entire computer based functionality that any Payroll and ERP Management System has to perform. It deals with lots of work staring from details of admin, all the work department & all department’s authority mean all department‘s manager’s detail and lots more! Having all the function computer based saves a lot of time of admin, authorized managers as well as employees.
