Abstracts: Laxmi Narayan Processors is a leading textile printing company of Jetpur with the capacity 5000-8000 meter/day producing printed cotton fabric. It has wide range of designs & color for this purpose. The major problem faced now a days by the company is higher operating cost of the machine due to high cost involved for drying the printed cloth with LPG fired hot air convection dryer. These leads to company in form of less efficient workout and high product cost. This problems can be solved or reduced by applying cogeneration in the process. For that from the market we find out that Capstone C30 Micro Turbine is a good option to implement in the industries to reduce the operation & maintenance cost. We have included 3-D model of float cum convection dryer & design drawing of it. To improving process parameters of drying precaution mentioned should be maintained for optimum working efficiency. We have also worked on solar air drying phenomenon.
