Abstracts: This project is intended to develop the some kind of automatic drilling machine. Automatic drilling machine is used to drill the holes on various types of high pressure gas burner instead of manual drilling so that it’s reduce human efforts and increase productivity of company. AUTOMATIC DRILLING MACHINE works fully automatically excepting the loading and unloading of job. To make this automatic drilling machine by modifying the bench drilling machine by attaching the automatic feed arrangement system and micro-controller panel. Micro-controller panel is used to control the feed timing and speed of stroke. Spindle of drilling machine is automatically moved upward and downward direction to drill the holes in gas burner by automatic feed arrangement system [which may be a pneumatic or hydraulic or linear servo motor]. Our main focus is to minimize the production cycle time and to increase productivity with accurate drilling of hole in gas burner. If we make this automatic drilling machine, it will surely decrease total cost of operation for drilling and increase the productivity in large amount compare to manual drilling machine.
