Abstracts: Manpower is now a big issue because of the emergence of new technologies. The world is constantly moving towards the comfort and better output with minimum input. It has become human mentality to achieve everything without giving any manual input. The generation is progressing towards automation in order to eliminate manual operations. This improves the productivity, accuracy, decreases the production time, gives monetary profit, time-to-time delivery of the product. The loading and unloading of the bearing rings on the grinding machine is carried out manually in the industry. This requires manual handling of the whole system ie. the material handling system. To increase the productivity, the automation in the industry is required to be done. In this phase the design for the automation of the manual handling system is designed.
