Abstracts: Now a days, we observe that most of the industries are facing the problem of bottle uncapping. The current mechanism (inline screw capping machine) the sensing problem is one of the major problem where many bottle remains uncapped and proceed ahead. In company jay mahakaleshwar enterprise we performed the practical on experimental setup. Using observed data we found the solution according to this sequence. First we observed that sometimes sensor do not works and the bottle get uncapped, many time due to breakdown of any pneumatic system, electronic (sensor) systems the whole system gets stop and also observed Functions of various components of the machines. We have seen that while conveying, the leakage from the top of bottle occurs. To eliminate this problem a new mechanism has been proposed which eliminates the problem as well as eliminate the use of electronic and pneumatic system as well as programing part. As we are not using electronic and pneumatic system the cost of the mechanism is reduced as well as maintenance also reduced. The current mechanism cannot use for mass production and for higher efficient plant, inline production is a second problem so this new mechanism will eliminate the problem and can be used in mass production as we know mass production helps in reducing cost of production. We can use this new mechanism for different processes like Drilling process, small thickness punching (<5 mm) etc. On the completion of project we will have a mechanism which will minimize the rate of uncapped bottle as compared to the old system which was containing electronic and programming parts. And we can use new design in mass production also as compared to old design which we cannot use in a mass production.
