Abstracts: Transportation is the Major branch of civil engineering. Roads are essential for growth, development of a city. Between Jetpur-Somnath National highway construction has been going on during our study, in Sem.7.We have selected to study various civil engineering aspect of road construction. The road construction work was going on between Jetpur-Somnath. In our project the total length of the road is 127Km, depth of the road is 1.5m,width of the road is 24m.During this project we study the planning,Tendring procedure and construction procedure.
