Abstracts: By altering the angle of a vibration plate and the angle of vibration relative to the plate, different resulting force can be achieved. A working prototype model is built that demonstrates the vibration theory though there are limitations due to design. Vibratory feeders are an important integral part of any mineral processing unit. They are responsible for controlled and steady feeding of bulk materials on to conveyor belts or other transport medium. Over the years, many types of vibratory feeder units have been introduced, but the basic underlying principles of design of this equipment remain the same and this is specially the case with mechanical vibratory feeders.
