Abstracts: We are doing project on Lead (Overall) time for machining component of loader conveyor assembly which includes ROLLER GARLOCK and PIN fitted in bush to complete assembly. For that we are going for step by step analysis of component's manufacturing timing from heat treatment or raw material to dispatch. We also study the product life cycle of it. By using different methods we are try to increases the production of Roller garlock and Pin or reduce the time of machining of it for beneficial production. It includes inventory, material handling and CNC machining.For reduction of time in production we will go to refer literature survey and also try some time reduction techniques and formulas for better solution and beneficial work.For any company workers are basic need. and for high production workers high efficiency and knowledge required. We are try to decrease workers unnecessary work and also try to increase workers efficiency.
