Abstracts: In our project we do failure analysis of vane pump .in our project first we find out cause of pump failure then after failure mode and effect analysis and find out cause and effect of the different problem. After that we prepare fault tree and reliability calculation and then after we prepare fault tree and reliability calculation and based on these we prepare maintenance schedule and preventive maintenance steps of vane pump.
