The objective was to minimize vibration level in the bike.The contribution of various probable factors were recorded after performing a number of trials on a random sample. Analysis was done to find the root causes, material handling stages were also analysed and necessary corrective actions were taken.A new random sample was again evaluated and the result showed accomplishment of objective.
