Abstracts: In the running world of technology College Automation is one of the useful application for people who are concern with college. This application is made up on android platform. College Automation basically provides general information of college and facilities for college’s department such as admin, staff, library etc. It provide facilities like Circular Facility, Attendance Information, Query Section, Date of Exams & Courses, Rules and Regulations, etc. The user of the application has their own login id and password for security purpose and the rules and regulation will be provided to them as they registered. Following are the modules of the System: (1) College Admin Module: Fees Structure, Training & Placement Activity (2) Library Module: Book Information (3) Departmental Module: Faculty details, Subjects (4) Students’ Module: Info about exam, course & other activity (5) Communication Module: Notice(circulars) Distributed data entry system that saves time and efforts, entire data at one place i.e. centralized. Implementing standard method of work flow and no possibility of double entry. Note: We will try our level best to provide a website for whole system too.
