Abstracts: The current process of managing the Milk Collection route by the Dairy involves manual data gathering, keeping the records in the excel format and updating it. This manual process is too laborious and most of the time faulty leading to loss of money, time and other resources. To overcome this manual process, the only solution is automation of whole process. The data regarding the milk supplied like Name of the Mandli, Address, Daily average milk supplied by Mandli, the maximum quantity of milk supplied in the last year, the distance of the village-Mandli from the Dairy & other milk collection centres in kilometre by the Dairy is very important. The proposed system will have a graphical interface having the all the milk supplying Mandli visible to the authorised user with all the details belong to the Milk Supplier Mandli. The authorised user will have a graphical interface of all the milk centres of Vadodara district visible to him/her. Authorised user can find the distance between any two Mandli or the distance of a Mandli and Chilling centre / Dairy in Vadodara.
