Abstracts: Every drop forging hammers have one common problem regarding with wear & tear of guide way (used for adjustment) of anvil & hammer arm. To discover some new ideas for designing as well as for the repairing & maintenance for the uninterrupted operation. As this is a very crucial problem in any forging industry, our effort will be in the way to minimizing the problem & run a machine smoothly for entire life time. Now a day’s every company has to align the hammer arms time by time for the smooth operation but it is time consuming for anyone & it is not possible every time to meet the timely needs of clients. So, our sincere efforts were to find the co related difficulties & try to solve the problem.
