Abstracts: The capability to produce investment casting componants of high quality while at same time,reducing product cost and development times is the challenge the foundry industry faces today.Casting process simulation helps achieve the goal,providing foundries a better process knowledge and control as well as early configuration of the component quality and metallurgy.So we find some defects on investment casting and reduce it.To further reduce development costs,better accuracy of the products.We will try to reduce defects and find better solution for it.
