Abstracts: Pipe conveyor is a new type of special belt conveyor and it is widely used in conveying powder material. In this report, the details of pipe belt conveyor are introduced. Design and Calculation of pipe belt conveyors and main parameters is different from that of conventional belt conveyor. The supporting rollers and tipping device are necessary parts of pipe belt conveyor. In this report we are discussing about problems arises in pipe conveyor with proper methodology under the project title or definition “Study of Pipe Conveyor Technology”. And we are dealing with its operational problems like “belt edge damage, pipe rotation & belt folding at head pulley”.
