Abstracts: Welding defect at the joint of nozzle and a dish end of a glass lined reactor is meanly due to the amount of current and the travel speed of the electrode". The objective of this study is to generate a list of table of suitable parameter of electrode travel speed and the current frequency for decreasing the problems in the welding. The result from this study can be used by students and the welding workers as a guide and reference when they are doing the welding works. This guide will make our life easy without wasting our time to find the solution with try and error process. In this study the experiment method is chosen where by the welding electrode travel speed and the high current are two main parameters to find out the possible defect that might occur.
