Abstracts: The 4 BHK residential building consisting of a solar field at the roof top would provide the house with the required electrical energy. The cavity walls of the house will be filled with water by pumping it into the wall from the sump tank. Thus the outside air getting cooled down, will move along with the air and hence ventilate and cool the house from inside. The Biogas produced from the biogas unit will be used for generating electrical energy as well as for the purpose of cooking, water heating, etc. Thus the house will be working on non conventional sources during a major part of the year.
