Abstracts: Investment casting is an improved and advanced technique used for casting. In this complicated parts, investment casing is necessary. Now days, people who are involved in CI casting are also diverting them to investment casting because the result obtained in investment casting has accuracy finish, etc. In this project we are going to express the process of investment casting, advantages, disadvantages, application, different raw materials, and properties of their material which is perform their task in casting process all the things are understand by doing this project. Our try to reach the reduction of layer of investment casting and save the time of process and save material of the casting process, and economically it is beneficial of the company and reduce the overall cost of the final parts as compare to original casting process with change in chemical composition of the ceramic slurry.
