Abstracts: Plastics are used in many fields of engineering due to its light weight. Plastic products are formed from plastic extrusion process. In plastic extrusion process plastic grains on heating and mixing paste is formed. Screen is used for prevention of dust mixed in plastic paste. We want to solve the problem of screen, which is required to change frequently. For changing the screen, it takes half an hour. So we want to change the method of screen changing such that the half hour time of screen changing can be reduced and production can be increased.
