Abstracts: •In this project main aim is to use of basic thermal science through affordable cooling system developed in our residential houses, office & hotels Etc. •Day by day effect of global warming on our environment is creating very dangerous situation so that we find solution of this problem. •In this project, prevention of heat transfer in building using aluminium with the help of passive cooling method. •By experiment work through we are obtained temperature difference. •By Simulation modelling through we are analyze steady state thermal temperature & Heat flux at different places on model. •In this project by simulation modelling through analyze experimental model geometry and after compare both the result and conclude it. •In summer season there are very high temp in atmosphere so that our room temp is high compare to outside temp so that we will use of AC or FAN so that electricity use is higher. •In this project we are trying to decrease reduction of energy use & temp with the help of Fourier law of heat transfer and heat transfer by conduction & convection case that we obtained. •After that result analysis through compare Experimental data to CFD data & find bias error after all the analysis conclude it.
