Abstracts: In 21st Century, Manufacturers are increasingly facing frequent and unpredictable market changes. This change includes frequent introduction of new products, increased demands for new products and process technologies to produce variety of products and suit new processes, machine tool and fixtures are required. In our project, We will Design and Develop: 1. A fixture for alignment of piston-cylinder which will reduce assembly time in garages as during alignment, piston requires special attention and skills. 2. A jig which would be used on drilling machine to [produce holes on irregular shaped lever which forms an essential part of wire pulling machine. 3. A fixture for turning pipes at 45 degree which would be joined by welding to produce L and U shaped bends.
