Abstracts: As the title suggests ‘VALUE ANALYSIS of Shaft Manufacturing of Electric motor’, we would work on the same. Today in modern competitive world the quality with minimum cost is much needed. Thus by the means of value analysis we would try to minimize the cost of shaft manufacturing. The company as mentioned above Elcen Machines Pvt Ltd. is manufacturing all types of electric motor that is required by the various company/industries for engineering application. In our project we are going to study deeply about the shaft manufacturing and its applications. And with help of that study we would try to minimize the cost of shaft manufacturing.
