Abstracts: Finding a job in this competitive world is not an easy thing to do. In this fast growing era demands of the employer has increased and is expecting many things from the employee he hires. So the main Problem lies within the selection of a suitable candidate. On the other Side for a particular employee, he wants to have a long lasting well-paid job. Talking about the community all the contributors are called its Alumni. So we came up with a system that helps both the employer by selecting a suitable candidate and for the Institute by selecting from their own resource rather than from an external source. In order to reduce the efforts for both the employer and employee, both facilities that are Selecting the right and suitable Candidate and to get a huge wave of job opportunities are provided in this system. Hence resulting in a WIN-WIN situation on both the sides .This system eases the work on both the sides and provides a socializing factor through blogs, hence the concept Socialized alumni with job opportunities. The Blogs help the users to express their ideas and also to interact among each other and improve their knowledge.
