Abstracts: In conventional method of attaching bush to the bearing, the following procedure is used: In this method we separately take a bush by one hand and bearing is taken by other hand. then the bush is kept on the bearing and external force is applied for accomplishing the attachment. This method is more time consuming and require more human effort. So, we have to decide to make automation in above process. We are going to use a pneumatic pump for the movement of bush in linear direction. So that it could easily fit inside the bearing. So it will overcome all the disadvantages of conventional process and save time and human effort.
