Abstracts: The lift or popularly known as elevator is a type of vertical transport equipment that efficiently moves people or goods between floors of a building vessel or other structures. Lifts are generally powered by electric motors that either drive traction cables or counterweight systems like a hoist, or pump hydraulic fluid to raise a cylindrical piston like a jack. Lifts in general are for Passenger – Freight – or both – Passenger / Freight lift, i.e. “Service Lift”. The problem arises with functioning of a lift system in a two storey i.e. a duplex house in terms of cost and usability both in persons or freight. This is the area where the application of lifts is often neglected due to their high cost in market available models. Keeping all this in mind we aim to reduce the cost incurred and its maintenance to achieve easy operation with safety. In this particular project we will strictly adhere to traction lift type. We offer to have customization at handy level and easy access as the demand of this device is becoming more indispensable day by day.
