Abstracts: Our project is result of intense research and study of the various spanner tools, it consist of a working model which demonstrates the whole concept of the working of spanner tool system in automobile. The project includes designing Manufacturing and analysis of spanner tools system. In many application of spanner, it is more important that the spanner possess a number of additional properties; low total edge weight, bounded degree and low diameter. This multipoint spanner system is used for automobile Application for removing and fitting the wheel of vehicle. With this new design we make effective spanner system. It will reduce man effort and time to recover the wheel fitting.
