Abstracts: In our project work for final year we decide to have Industrial Defined Project (IDP) on the “Automation in investment casting” casting as per the guidelines of Gujarat Technological University (GTU). Automation is the use of machines, control system and information technologies to optimize productivity in the production of goods and delivery of services. So the purpose of the project Is The correct incentive for applying automation in investment casting is to increase productivity, and/or quality beyond that possible with current human labour levels so as to realize economies of scale, and/or realize predictable quality levels. In procedures we design a plan layout of investment casting industry that how to make a one non automated industry to automated industry to using of a latest technology, machineries which are used successfully in worldwide level. The result of project is to submit the data which are is the benefits of applying a automation in investment casting industry. Overall the project suggested that a good automation in industry is increase efficiency, cost redaction, increase a quality of product, reduce the labour work & reduce a time of process etc.
