Abstracts: Each and every industry is a source of knowledge and experience in the practical world out of books. The most important goal of every industry is to produce maximum output from minimum input and to reduce the inventory of material at each and every station. Thus the basic aim of our project is to control inventory level at each and every station. For that one system was developed with the help of which we can control inventory and to reduce unnecessary movement of material in an industry which ultimately leads to increase in the production of parts in an industry and worker can get sufficient environment to work. The name of this system is KANBAN SYSTEM. So we would help the industry in a partly manner to implement this system for good period of time. Key Words: 5S,JIT,KANBAN,HT,GC,RD,FP,FF
